Terms of Service
The following Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") govern the use of the website Leagueboost.eu (hereinafter referred to as "Leagueboost") as well as the services offered by administrators and sellers.
Leagueboost provides an online platform where users are connected with sellers (e.g., boosters). The website acts as an intermediary between users and sellers.
Important: Leagueboost does not offer any boosting services itself but merely facilitates the connection between sellers and users. The services on the platform are designed to help users achieve a desired division or rank in games such as League of Legends (LoL), Teamfight Tactics (TFT), Valorant, Call of Duty: Warzone 2, Counter-Strike 2, Apex Legends, and Rocket League. Leagueboost neither purchases digital content or accounts from sellers nor resells them to users.

- Level or rank increases in any of the virtual games listed on the website.

The seller lists the respective product by offering it on the website. The provision of these services and the acquisition of goods are based on an agreement between the user and the service provider.
c. Provision of Information by the User
After purchasing a service, the user is required to provide specific information:
- When purchasing a Solo Boosting Service, the user must provide the following details: username, password, and summoner name.
- When purchasing a Duo Boosting Service or coaching, the user only needs to provide their summoner name.
d. Customer Area
After purchasing a service, the user gains access to a special section on the Leagueboost website called the 'Customer Area.' In this area, the user can manage their order, including:
- Updating account details.
- Pausing the service.
- Viewing the progress of the boost.
- Scheduling play sessions or coaching sessions with the booster/coach.
- Communicating directly with the booster/coach via chat.
5. Order Process
a. Contract Duration
The contract between the user and the service provider remains valid until the agreed virtual service (e.g., boosting/coaching) has been completed, or the virtual good (e.g., game account) has been transferred to the new owner.
- Division Boosting: If the user has purchased a division boosting service, the contract remains valid until the seller reaches the desired division.
- Win Boosting: If the user has purchased a specific number of wins (win boosting), the contract remains valid until the seller achieves the purchased number of wins. If the user's account drops to a lower division during the win boosting process, the seller is not obligated to restore the original rank. The seller is only required to deliver the agreed number of wins.
- Placement Matches Service: If the user has purchased a placement matches service, the contract remains valid until the seller has played the agreed number of games.
- Champion Mastery Boost: If the user has purchased a champion mastery boost, the contract remains valid until the seller achieves the purchased champion mastery level.
- Coaching Sessions: If the user has purchased a coaching session, the contract remains valid until the seller has delivered the purchased number of coaching hours.

b. Contract Termination by the Service Provider
The service provider may terminate the contract with the user if the user fails to take action within 30 days, such as:
- Not providing sufficient information as outlined in section 4.c.
- Failing to contact the booster/coach/seller for 30 days.
- Pausing the boost/coaching for 30 days.
- Not logging into their profile for 30 days or more.
- The contract may also be terminated by the service provider if the user violates the Terms and Conditions of the Leagueboost.eu website.
- If the service provider terminates the contract, any unused balance will be retained as an administrative fee.
c. Terms for the Win-Boosting Service
The user acknowledges that by purchasing a win-boosting service, they are buying a specific number of wins. In the case of a loss, an additional win will be added to the originally purchased number, while a win will decrease the remaining number of wins.
- This rule does not apply if the seller (booster) loses a game with 0 League Points (LP).
- The price and remaining number of wins may change if the user reaches a higher division during the service.
d. Additional Fees and Conversion of Services for Low LP Gains
The user acknowledges that if the Leagueboost account experiences low LP gains (less than +15 LP per win in any division), Leagueboost reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 20% of the original order value. Alternatively, Leagueboost may convert the order into a win-boosting service.
- Conversion to Solo Boosting: Leagueboost reserves the right to convert a duo-boosting order into a solo-boosting order if the user's KDA in a duo-boosting service is below 1.5 and/or the user continues to display toxic behavior despite a warning. In such a case, the price for the duo-boosting order will be charged.
- Assignment of a Booster: If an order is not taken up by a booster within 48 hours of purchase, Leagueboost reserves the right to modify the order’s free additional options and assign the first available booster to execute the order.
- Conditions for Master Tier and Higher Accounts: For win-boosting services on Master Tier or higher accounts, the order is considered complete once the account reaches the LP amount specified at the time of the order.
e. User Obligations During the Service
The user is obligated to cover the difference in LP if their LP drops below the amount required by the seller (booster) to complete the service while playing ranked games in the purchased queue during the service.
- During a win-boosting service, the user is allowed to play any game mode.
- During a division-boosting service, the user is allowed to play different game modes but not the one selected for the boosting service.
f. Win Guarantee for Placement Matches Service
The service provider guarantees a minimum win rate of 65% during the placement matches service. If the win rate falls below this percentage, the user will receive a free boosting division as compensation.
g. Buyer Protection for League of Legends Account Purchases
When purchasing a League of Legends account, the user receives additional buyer protection that takes effect after successful payment.
- The service provider is not liable for the use of the account after the protection period expires.
- The service provider's guarantee covers only the normal use of the account. It is assumed that the user will not exhibit excessively hostile behavior toward other users or use third-party software that could harm the digital asset. The service provider is not responsible for actions that exceed normal use of the account.
- If the user loses access to the purchased League of Legends account through no fault of their own and without their knowledge during the warranty period, the purchase price will be refunded within seven days after notification of the event.
h. Completion of the Virtual Service (Boosting)
Upon completion of the virtual service (boosting), the user will be notified electronically, providing proof of service completion.
- Proof of service completion will consist of a screenshot taken on the user’s account after the service has been completed, confirming the successful execution of the service.
- After the completion of the boosting service, the user is required to change the password of their League of Legends account. If the user does not change the password and a negative situation occurs (e.g., chat ban, account ban, loot box usage) after the service is completed, the service provider assumes no responsibility.
- If the user is dissatisfied after the completion of a coaching service, they must file a complaint within 48 hours. Otherwise, the service will be considered fully provided.
- The service provider reserves the right to mark a coaching service as completed if the user does not follow the instructions outlined in section 5.b.
i. Completion of the Transfer of Virtual Goods

The service provider reserves the right to offer the sale of virtual goods, such as game accounts and skins, on the website.
